Bean Reserve's Bullion espresso blend is designed for the adventurous palates. While the component beans may change, this blend has been based on the interplay between notes of nuts, caramel and plum, and a soft mouthfeel that drinks well black and with milk.

Bullion is cupped and roasted throughout the seasons to bring out its best characteristics to achieve a smooth, sweet yet balanced flavour profile. It's steady, medium-bodied, dependable foundation for your daily routine. Simple, but never basic.

Designed with virtues of balance, sweet and bold flavours to please connoisseurs and casual drinkers alike, Bean Reserve's Palladium espresso blend calls for a captivating experience as its striking acidity and velvety mouthfeel of orange and dark chocolate consolidate into a deliciously resonant finish.

To that end, Palladium is meticulously curated each season but the roast character holds steady. It's full-bodied, packed with flavour and complexity that holds it own even when combined with milk. Suitable for the perfect cup at home or in the office.

BLACKCURRANT. CHOCOLATE.

Coming from the Central Province, this coffee comes from Mathira-Guchuko factory, where there is absolutely consistency produce sweet, clean and complex coffees. This rings true for coffees that come from many of the Kenya factories we deal with. The varietals Ruiru and SL28 used to grow this origin are world renowned, and add a fruit-like characteristics to the acidity.

Sourcing from Kochere in the famous Yirgacheffe region, these are smallholders, families of farmers, who grow and harvest the coffee before delivering cherries to a washing station. Pristine growing methods combined with precise processing allows coffees from this region to yield a clean, acidic and aromatic flavor profile.

Mathira-Guchuko from Kenya is an origin with balanced sweetness of chocolate notes. We paired this with one of our Tanzanian lots called Karatu Estate, adding a tropical complexity and a vibrancy perfect for the warm weather. The result is a hugely fulfilling coffee, with a crisp acidity and sweet body that drinks well black and with milk.
